Партнерские визы позволяют супругам и партнерам граждан или постоянных жителей Австралии иммигрировать в Австралию. Существуют офшорных партнерские визы (Partner Visas subclass 309/100) для тех кто находится за пределами Австралии, и оншорные партнерские визы (Partner Visas subclass 820/801) для тех кто находится в Австралии. Существует также Prospective Marriage Visa (subclass 300), позволяющая приехать в Австралию, чтобы вступить в брак с гражданом или постоянным жителем Австралии.
